The header switches the interface between English and Traditional Chinese.

Note text is not translated. A note can declare its language[^tag]: [[芭蕉の句]] remains Japanese under either interface.

[^tag]: The `lang` field takes a BCP 47 tag such as `ja`, `zh-Hant` or `en`. The contract must permit the field. Without a declared note language, the content inherits the page language.
